Recently I’ve developed a new-found respect for Blended whisky.
We know that is is still responsible for around 90% of global whisky sales.

I must say though that the premium blends make it onto my shelf – not the rot-gut as some call it.
The pro’s:
1) Consistency
2) Balance
3) Complexity
…. and the greatest thing is the ART of blending. These crazy blenders like Richard Paterson (no i do not work for them – these videos are just the funniest out there and happen to coincide with my current thought patterns!)
